Error when upgrade from 3.8.4 to 4.1.10 -home page nor open
 
After the upgrade from version 3.8.4 to version 4.1.10 Home is not open and will show a white page

Ok, I got more time

With version 3.8 index format is open but not open form 4

So reupload those files from your download package and then run the upgrade.php script.
