Restricting users posting and thread starting, by usergroup?
 

I used to have a great mod, I think it was by Cyb, for vb 3.8

I want to prevent users in usergroup a,b and c from starting threads (and or replies possibly) in forum x,y and z, however they need to be able to view the forums in question.

Is anyone aware of a mod out there that will do this with 4.1.8? or is it even inbuilt in VB?

That just sounds like a usergroup permission, not a modification.
