Create custom forms/boxes???????????

I really need to know how this is done..

hasnt worked for me and im completely dumb founded on how you make custom forms/ boxes.

I just need to know how the hell to make a box in vbulletin lol it seems easy enough but i cant get my head around it.

You see all the boxes like 'My Messages' 'My Subscriptions' 'Donating To Habbox' etc..

Help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not exactly sure what you are wanting, but there is a lot of information in google on how to create a form.
