Can i put RSS from Magento Shop in the right menu?

Can i use RSS from my shop to show last products or promotions on the right menu bar of my vbulletin? If yes, how, and more basic, how to add anything in the right menu, i enabled it from the admin options, but its not showing ...maybe i need to add something there, but i cant find how
