Thank 'worried' you for your suggestion.

Outgoing links don't impact on your SEO unless (a) they are paid links, or (b) they are to unsavory websites.

Further, if you're really worried about outgoing links (and you shouldn't be), just no-follow them. That's far better than "cloaking" them.

How about using anonym.to ?

this will creat many unused pages of redirect
and this is not good for SEO !
