How can I create a space between
 
between the secondary header and the start of the main CMS area of 10 t0 20px on our homepage?

I've looked at the Grid: 2 Column + Sidebar (25%, 75%, 240px) (id: 5), which is were I'm choosing "Secondary Header" then adding a "Static HTML" widget where I'm adding my text, but when I add the widget to "Home (25,75,240px) 2 Column + Sidebar (25%, 75%, 240px)" it ends up landing within the CMS area with no seperation from the widgets on the page

I've searched the forums but none of the suggestions were applicable.
