How to keep first post always on top ??
 

Hi!
Does anyone know how to keep the starter (first) post at the top of the thread? As an Admin, there is no problem, but after logging in as a register member, the first post becomes the last one in the thread? (NOTE!, as a visitor, I can see that the posts are fine and in order)
How can I fix it??

Thanks for replaying!! I do have that but it didn't fix my problem!! my biggest problem is that the first post in a thread is not showing up at the top, I have it backward. the first post is always at the bottom for all the register members. but as an Admin, it is fine!!
Any clue??
