Vbulletin question
 

on my forum i can copy and past images just buy doing Ctrl+c and can copy that pic into the post but my other admins cant how do u fix that

You need to be using the WYSIWYG editor in order to do that. The other admins are probably editing in source mode, not WYSIWYG mode.

so how do i turn it on for the others then?

You can either enable WYSIWYG within Options of your User CP (Edit Options) and scroll to the bottom and select Enhanced Interface instead of Standard
OR

if you want everybody to use it by default upon registration, go to AdminCP -> vBUlletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Default Registration Options -> Message Editor Interface -> Show Enhanced
