Got an error in vb 4.1.5
 
When i select multi threads/single thread and try to delete/move etc it is showing "You did not select any valid threads" Please help me.

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php
