Usergroup as forum moderator

I'm looking for modification, that will allows me to set up usergroup of users as moderator on subforum. I found similar modification but it don't work with 4.1.10 ( https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=93543 ). I dont know how to edit this plugin to make it work properly.
