You mean that you want to make a product? You might need to have the site in debug mode (I don't remember) - you should really have a test site, but if you don't one of these methods might help: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=265999

Then when you go to Manage Products you should have an "Add/Import Product" link below the product list. Click on that, then fill in the "Add New Product" section (you can ignore the import section at the top). I think you need a product id (which can't be changed after you choose one), but other than that you can edit the other fields later.

Once the product is created, edit your plugin and choose your new product from the dropdown list, and save. Now you can go back to "Manage Products" and export your product to an xml file.

Anyway, I hope that was your quesiton. :)

ETA: Oh - maybe you just want to know how to make that a plugin? In that case just go to Add New Plugin and enter the information you have there. Choose a title so you remember what it does a year from now, and click the "Yes" radio button to enable before saving.
