i am looking for a way to set under http://to.ly/bpPo
NIEUWS a sub line ( nieuws is news) a sub line or small article sticky where i can set in dutch line do you have news mail us or so and link to contact form

Do you mean under the button "Wat is er nieuw" or under the "Menu" link or under the link top left of your forum?
if it's the link in the menu or top left then its a simple after the </a> of the link and where myforum.html would be your actual form.
