How to upload it ?
 
Hi peoples i just have little question is i just downloaded my Database from CPanel. So is it possible that when i reinstall forum and i upload my old database so when i reinstall forum will my post, users, threads, plug ins etc will be lost ? And if it not lost so which one? Thanks for ya advice ( sorry for my bad English :( )

Posts, users, and threads are in the db and will be preserved.

Modifications aren't stored in the db, but their tables are, so if you reinstall them they should pick up the old data they had saved.
