Additional Poll Options
 

I'd like some additional options when creating polls:

1) Hide results from ALL non-admin users until the poll closes. (For elections & such)

2) Hide results from all non-admin users until the user himself has voted.

3) Add ability to set a precise time for poll closing (e.d., "6PM EST next Sunday", expressed in the user's selected local time offset preference).

Both 1 & 2 should continue to coexist with the current "anonymous" option. That is, if both #1 and "anonymous" are selected, at the end of the poll the totals but not the usernames will be revealed.

I commissioned this hack several years ago for vB 3.7.X and loved it. Can't recall from whom, though. Now we're running vB 4.1.X for an entirely different group and would like these features again.

I think LOTS of people would find these changes useful and that it would be popular.
