Project-DDL Inferno vBshout

I have this installed on a vB4 forum and it works well but I'd like to know if I can change some text relating to banned groups.

If you're not permitted access on any kind you receive an onscreen message 'You are not allowed to shout at this time because you are banned' or along those lines.

Would anyone happen to know where this text is held?

Alternatively, because I only want certain groups to use and not necesarily ban groups is there an alternative Shoutbox people could recommend?
