Show comments field without being logged in?
 
Is there anyway for the CMS articles to show the comment field without a user being logged in? For example, on blogger, a reader could start a comment and then choose how to log in. I moved an article that would get about a comment a day from blogger to vBulletin a month ago and haven't received a single comment since. I believe it's because people don't even see the comment field without creating a user account, is there any way to change that?
