where do I put this folder??

Hey guys I have a screenshot of the folder I need help with along with a 2nd screenshot of some of the folders and files inside that folder, here's the screen shots.^ ^

the folder I need help with is the test folder you see in the first screenshot, what I need help with is...where do I put the folder on my server, like what folder does it belong in? Also the 2nd screen shots show some of the folders and files that are in the test folder to give you an idea of where it belongs/gos.^ ^

there is no file in default vb files with this name, it is just not used
