Changing The Color Of The Navigation In The Header
 

I have had a WordPress blog for a while and now I'm working to setup a forum to go along with that blog. I chose Vbulletin for the forum software and I'm currently working to make the forum look like the blog.

I'm starting with the header but I'm running into a problem. I want the header to be white and I've got that part working but since the text in the header is white the text is unreadable. I'm talking about the "Welcome, Username Notifications My Profile Settings..." part of the header.

I'd like to know how to change the color of the text and the color of the part around the text on the buttons. I've attached an image below that shows you what I'm talking about.
