go here and login then Priority Forum Support add your email to the list make sure you register on both sites with the same email on the site permissions side click the sites you want

Yeah. It takes some time. It's people doing it, not computers.

Your email is not the same on your license as it is here. We have no customer with your email as the main user nor as a priority support email.
