Registration/Moderation Problem 3.8.7

I have searched the forums, but can not find an answer to my problem.

After members register it sets them to be moderated....... (Coppa) Users awaiting to moderated.

In the CP VBulletin Options, User Registration Options, Coppa is disabled, Coppa cookies is set to No and the Moderate new members is set to No.

Yet I still have to moderate each member that registers.

Running 3.8.7 level 2

What do I need to fix to allow new members to not be moderated?

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

Have you tried registering accounts yourself to test the problem?

Thanks I will give it a try.

No I have not tried to register myself.

The one curious thing I was thinking of is....if they are not following the email verification would this set the members to Awaiting to be Moderated? I guess I can answer that myself here real soon.

Well, yes and no. If you have email verification enabled, until they click that verification link in the email sent to them upon registration, it should put them in the usergroup "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation"

Nobody is going to their emails and following the last email for registration completion. Now I know who the Real Newbies are.....lol

No modifications required.

Yes. Reupload all original vBulletin files for your version (except for install.php) and disable your modifications (see above) and see if you still have this problem.

Problem solved.

There was a conflict with a plug-in called Country Moderations 3.0

I disabled the plug-in and everything is working properly now.
