Message type to validate new topic
 

Hello,

What I searched is a hack / mod, piece of code that could allow me to have a pre-written text like this, which may be posted by the staff.

What I found does not seem so appropriate for my personal use.

I thought possibly to the BB code, the problem is that anyone, especially a member, would have access. Provided to it in this case.
