forumdisplay question

Ok this is going to be hard to explain but ill try
if this was my forum:

Forum Announcements
-news
-report bugs
stuff
-buy stuff
-sell stuff
teck stuff
-phones
-pc
wheels
-car
-truck

is there a way i could make it so if i could have that if you clicked stuff it use my stuff style and forum announcement with sub news and report bugs would still show up above it.

I hope you guys ubderstand what i am tring to do.
