Blank vBulletin Options -> Style & Language Options -> Default Style area

After the recent update to 4.1.9 Patch level 1 my vBulletin Options -> Style & Language Options -> Default Style area is totally blank, only has the option for english and its checked, but no other options to allow me to set the default style.

Has anyone else experienced this or know how to manually change the style to a different one?
