Forum Permission Duplicator Problem

It's obviously me, but for whatever reason, I cannot get my forum permissions duplicator to work. I have chosen numerous forums to copy from, but each time it keeps telling me There are no permissions set for the selected forum. No duplication will take place
Woe is me,,,,what am I missing here?
