vb email support

What happen to the days where I could get support within 3 hours? Now I have to wait 3 days or just no response at all. I am not trying to complain but was wondering if everyone quit or something.

Its no ones job here to provide you with support :)

bornoffire 01-12-2012 03:54 PM

So why have a support email if no one is going to answer it?

ProFifaLeagues 01-12-2012 05:10 PM

Are you meaning here???
Or over at Vbulletin.com

Lynne 01-12-2012 05:18 PM

If you are meaning vbulletin.com, then you should be posting there, not here. We have nothing to do with email support here.

vbulletin.org is a volunteer run community.

Sorry for the confusion, my title of the topic may be to vague. I am talking about email support at support@vbulletin.com I am not looking to upset anyone I am just wondering why I don't get the support like I used to.

Lynne 01-12-2012 05:28 PM

And that has nothing to do with this site, so why are you posting about it here?

bornoffire 01-12-2012 05:36 PM

Well this is a vbulletin forum right? I am just looking for feedback. Obviously Zach and yourself answer my emails through the above email (my 2 favorite support people btw), why cant you answer the question? I dont go on VB.com very much and feel much more comfortable asking the question here. Just looking for an honest answer here.

Lynne 01-12-2012 05:46 PM

You have asked no question here lately for us to answer.

Besides that, vbulletin.org is NOT the same as vbulletin.com. If you have feedback for vbulletin.com, you need to post it over there so they can read it. These are NOT the same sites. This is a volunteer run site for help with modifications to your vbulletin code.

I figured there may be other VB users here with the same issue of trying to get support.
