Sidebar login block?
 

Hi, I'm wondering if it is possible to move login to the sidebar?

Nobody knows? :(

If you mean is there any existing feature to do that, then no, I don't think so. If you mean could it be done, yes, but you'd have to create a widget or forum block. I suppose it wouldn't be hard to find the code from the navbar and put it in a widget, but the page would have to reload when you logged in.

I have tried adding the code to a sidebar widget, but it didn't display anything at all. Maybe I didn't add the correct code, or made some mistakes.. /shrug

Is there no addon that does this?

This is the kind of question that often doesn't get an answer because there isn't anyone (or not many, anyway) who knows every addon there is. So if after a while no one says "yes, here's one", then the answer's probably no. I tried searching a little when you first posted this and didn't find anything. Are you talking about widgets or forum blocks?
