How do you allow your registered members to upload there own avatar picture that will show up when they post something? I need to know how to do this for those who are already currently registered and if there is a way to add it into when future members register.

If you allow the usergroup to upload avatars (usergroup manager > edit usergroup > Can Upload Custom Avatars and other options right there), then they just need to go to Settings > Edit Avatar.

Thanks Lynne, I got that part figured out. Now I am wondering how do I put the user information on the left side of the page. Currently the avatar, and user name show up on the top of a post. How do I change the layout so that this information shows up on the left side of the post?

Under "Style & Language Settings" in the options, set "Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template" to yes.
