Members Who Rated grouped by rating

I love this mod, but was curious about a potential modification to it. I'm not entirely sure if this should be posted here or somewhere else on the site, or if I should go to the original developer...

I was wondering if the code in the XML file could be altered, or if a new mod could be created, so that the "View All" function could instead of showing a new line for each user and their rating, show all users grouped by the star rating. As such:

Username | Rating

Member 1, Member 2 | 5 stars
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Member 3 | 4 stars

<blank> | 3 stars
