Newly Registered Members Must Post In a 'Introduce Yourself' Type of Thread

Im looking for a mod where newly Registered Members must post in a 'Check In/Introduce Yourself Here' Before they are allowed access to or post in forums or threads.

Ive tried searching but havent seen any mods for it.
