Cant attach files on scam.com
 
I don't know what happened but users can't attach files on scam.com

Valid file extensions: bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt zip

BUT THERE'S NO BUTTON, IT DISAPPEARED

Can anyone give me some advice please?

No nothing. Worked last week now the buttons gone. The only thing i did was add some names to the replacement variable manager

If this has never been changed I can't see offhand why it would make a difference.

I'm logged into your board by the way, forgot I have had a account there since at least 2007. I even just made a post!

Playing around with my test version, the only way I see to make the attachment option go away is usergroup permissions. Have you checked those?

Ive looked there (nothing was changed since yesterday) but everything is in order.

Could this be server permissions? And the button disappeaRS?

With kh99's sharp eye, this has been solved.

CAUTIONARY NOTE: When using the word filter, watch out for replacement variables! In this case he filtered the word "cum" with "beep" as replacement! Messing up his javascript any time the script called for "document.write" he was getting instead, "dobeepent.write"

Always use "Censorship Options" to ban posted words, not GLOBAL replacement variables!
