No BB Code options in the forums
 
When people VM, PM or post threads or responses there are none of these:

It would have been more helpful to see what your editor does look like, not what it doesn't look like.

Check AdminCP > Settings > Options > Style & Language Options and make sure that Default Style for Modern Mobile Browsers and Default Style for Old Mobile Browsers are set to NONE, not to your default style.
