Facebook Connect button not working

For some reason the facebook connect button isn't working.
I tried disabling the plugins and using the default theme, but still nothing happens.
The app id and secret are both correct, so is the website on facebook developer.

Forum in question - http://usccusers.com running 4.1.2

Facebook made changes to their api, and the corresponding changes are only in (I believe) vb 4.1.8 or later. So you'd either need to upgrade or find the changes and apply them to your current version.

You might want to search at vbulletin.com to see if anyone has any other info on what the changes are.

This is just a wild guess, but someone else was having this issue a couple weeks ago and it turned out that they didn't have a valid api key entered in the settings. When I googled to find out about the problem I ran across something that talked about facebook api keys vs. application ids (which I guess at some point were interchangable), so maybe some people are using an application id that doesn't work anymore.

Anyway, bottom line - maybe try making sure you're using a valid api key, even if it was working before.

Edit:
Here's a link to a facebook developer blog entry that mentions a problem that would have started on Dec. 13: http://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/614/
Here's one thread from vbulletin.com where someone asked about the problem: https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/show...by-October-1st
