im havin problems when i logout it shows this eerror if i click portrali wich is portral can someoen help me or is only me who is facin thi problem maybe because my isp network thankyou :confused:

I have seen this happen to people who have just edited a php file using a poor text editor such as notepad. These will put characters in you can't see, messing up php.

Did you recently edit such a file?

i didnt do nothing man all i did was open config.php checked my pass then save it as normal i dont know why is this happening its fine when i go lmy forum example.com/forum.php is working fine but when i go to example.com domain im havin this problem with vbadvanced problem....

Re-check your config.php file and make sure that are no spaces before the top line.

to me looks fine Boofo i maybe im not that good on it as im new on vb but it looks ok the config.php :( can u help me Boofo i see that ur a coder an im sure u know this problem.

Yep what text editor are you opening it with? The ones which put the added characters in won't let you see them.

Try TextEditor.

with notepad but i always use to use notepad or wordpad i never had such a problem im new on vb i used smf for 2 years and always used notepad or wordpad as i mention never had this problem :(
