lookbehind assertion is not fixed length at offset 409 in [path]/includes/functions_newpost.php on line 260

Just wondering, did you by any chance recently upgrade your php? Someone else was having a problem and found that they needed to downgrade the PCRE library to version 8.20 (it looks like version 8.21 was released in December).
