Move to Root
 

I have just installed the new vb and have completed the import (impex). Thing is I did it in a subfolder. I had an older vb (cms) and it was in my root. What steps do I need to take to do away with the old forum and move my new vb to my root?

Download all files to desktop upload all files to root change URL in admincp options also update all other URLs in posts then change attachment's to new folder update htaccess file after you are sure all is ok delete old folder
