Store CSS Stylesheets as Files?

What are the pro's and con's of "Store CSS Stylesheets as Files?" as noted in the admin cp?

Pros:
1) Fewer database queries
2) Smaller database size
3) Faster sending CSS from files
4) CSS files can be compressed when sent

Cons: None I know of.

A con would be that if your server is running in safe_mode, I don't believe you can store the CSS as files. Also, sometimes people write over the vbulletin_css directory when doing an upgrade and then freak out when there site shows no css because they forgot to chmod the directory to 777.
