Locked process?

Hi everyone,
Sometimes mysql process are locked. I don't know why. All process waits the first one, to finish his job. Is it about table type or what is wrong. When this happen;
apache makes too much load. After restarting apache, locked process cleared and everything is oke. Version is 3.8.4
