How to take off the thing on bottom of forum to not allow theme switching?

When you go down to the bottom of the page

Is there a way to make the box that allows to switch between default and main theme disappear?

take a look in adminCP

Settings--->Options --->Style and language setting --->Allow Users To Change Styles
