Modding First Post on Thread

Hi,

I have a forum www.droidknows.com and I've been trying to find a "mod" I found on another vBulletin forum that I like it a lot.

On the first post of a thread they had a lot of check marked options to describe there some of the options that thread would cover. The image below is the mod I found and I would like to use. Note that the creator of the post info is on the right next to all the details regarding the thread opened by him.

That kinda looks like our Mods area (only a bit modified for that specific site). There was a mod for that... called something like "Modification something...."
