Image popup on first visit

Hello everyone,

I want to add an image like a pop up to be shown on the first visit to a guest, and the guest has to click on that image and it lets them into the main site page. Even if it just directs to that image and it is shown full screen, and the person has to click on it before it lets them enter the main home page, that is fine as well.

Can anyone help me with this?
