How to export latest thread posts only from database?
 

I have a forum I have moved, upgraded, changed the url and I plan to re-launch it live new years. I have a hand full of posts that have been posted since I have setup the new site. The ones I want to pull from are at my 3.8.5 install. I installed 3.8.5 upgraded to the latest 4.x at the new url so it does have all the old content except the few thread posts between now and when I did the new setup. Is there a way I can select in the database only those tables and export and import manually? Im going to just redirect the old url to the new and I would like all the latest posts over there so the users arent lost. And they just have a new url with a new look.

I am fairly comfortable with phpmyadmin. If I can get the info of where to go exactly and what to get it should all work since the users are already there right?
