quick reply and edit not working after upgrade

Any ideas?

I've got just grey boxes that I can't type in. The only way to reply to a thread is to double click on the REPLY button and that opens up the reply page.

I've attached screen shots

Am I missing a file maybe?

OK, I just disabled all Plugins/hooks and now by QR and Editor is working

None I can think of...I guess I'll start a long process of testing each one individually, and then in combinations if they are all good.
