Memory Usage

My hosting allowed Memory Usage 262144 KB

Server Type Linux
Web Server Apache v2.2.21 (cgi)
PHP 5.2.17
PHP Max Post Size 30.00 MB
PHP Maximum Upload Size 70.00 MB
PHP Memory Limit 128.00 MB
MySQL Version 5.0.92-comm

but the problem is whenever i make post or topic my memory usage is become full in Red my hosting owner also not understand why it's happening this

I am using Firefox browser
