Display text for special google visitors

Hi, is there an addon which displays a special text for a visitor which came from an set keyword to my site? Want to increase earning ;)

for example when someone came to my side with the keyword "buy iphone 4", he see a text i set for this keyword - so he can buy the iphone through my ref link.
