not all moderators are listed on the first page

Hi,
I recently upgraded to 4.1.8. After upgrade, I noticed that for some forums, the second moderator is never listed. And sometimes, it is not listed in the first page, but if I click on the forum, all moderators will be listed.

Any idea what can be wrong and how to fix this issue?
