Error 2038

This error apeared only once i have upgraded from VB 4.1.5 to 4.1.9.

Its never happend me before, so whats the problem now?

I have restored the backup i have made meanwhile cause i cant work without image uploading,

Can you guide me how to fix / prevent this problem?

Again, im using vBulletin for 6 months and i never had kind of problem like this.

By the way, if its important vBulletin save attachments in my database.

I really don't know anything about it, but I googled the error message and found this blog with some ideas to look at: http://www.judahfrangipane.com/blog/...file-io-error/

ETA: Here's a thread from vbulletin.com where someone was having the same error. Apparently their problem turned out to be the use of FastCGI on the web server. There were other threads mentioning that error, you may want to search over there and see if you find anything else.
