help! I added color code to forum title

AI added color code to forum title and now its all messed up. |
Edit it again, and undo whatever you did....

Your best bet if it's doing that is to go into the database via phpmyadmin (in your cpanel) and remove that code manually |
Thanks for the info I searched everywhere and there is no file named phpmyadmin
