Home Tab displaying different style

Why is my "Home" tab not showing the same style as my other tabs? It is showing the default style and it will not display any content. I just upgraded and cannot figure this out. Any help would be appreciated... I am sure it is something simple stupid that I am missing...

Figured it out.. That is one weird setting..
