basic format, another newb question
 
I apologize for these newb questions, I'm learning, but also a little stumped...

My site is:

http://www.homenetworkenabled.com

I want the "Home" in Home, Forums, and "What's New" to read "Articles" instead, how do I do that?

Also, when clicking on my graphic on the top left, it goes to my forums link, I want it to go to the main home page without messing up my forums stub, how do I do that?

No ideas on this one? Is it that it's just so easy and I'm overlooking something? Or that it's just so hard that no one knows how to do it simply?
