Remove session IDs from vbulletin URLs - is this right

When a visitor visit a vb forum and not logged in it delevirs a session ID in the URL
sometimes search engine visit sites whithou being "bot" identified
so this is very bad for seo

so now i consider deleting session ids in all styles

is this a right thing to do?
